Prohibited activity
You must not, and must not permit any user of your account to:
- Spam — send unsolicited bulk email, notifications, or messages through the Service, or use the Service to harvest contact information.
- Infringe intellectual property — upload, share, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or trade-secret rights of others. Repeat infringement will lead to account termination.
- Deploy malware or exploits — upload viruses, worms, trojans, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Service, its users, or third-party systems, or attempt to probe, scan, or breach security controls.
- Publish unlawful content — content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, incites violence, or is otherwise unlawful in Malaysia or the jurisdiction where the content is served.
- Publish child sexual abuse material — this is absolutely prohibited. Any such content is reported to law enforcement without notice, the account is terminated immediately, and evidence is preserved.
- Impersonate — misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority; falsify headers or metadata to obscure the origin of any content or message.
- Harass or abuse — target any person or group with hateful, threatening, or harassing conduct, whether by direct message, discussion post, uploaded content, or through the AI features.
- Scrape or overload — access the Service through automated means beyond published APIs, generate excessive load, or attempt to circumvent rate limits and quotas.
- Reverse engineer — decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except to the limited extent applicable law permits and cannot waive.
- Share accounts — every user must have their own account. Concurrent logins by multiple people on one credential are grounds for suspension.
- Resell without authorisation — reselling seats, bundles, or courses is only permitted through the Marketplace listing process. Off-platform resale is prohibited.
- Circumvent controls — bypass, disable, or interfere with tenant isolation, RLS boundaries, MFA, audit logging, or licence enforcement.
- Misuse AI features — prompt the AI to produce content that would itself breach this AUP, or use the AI to generate impersonation, misinformation, or deceptive content.
Reporting a violation
If you notice something on the Service that breaches this AUP, email [email protected] with a link to the content, the account involved (if known), and a short description. Reports about security vulnerabilities go to [email protected].
Enforcement
We enforce this AUP in proportion to the breach. For a first, minor breach we typically send a written warning; for a repeat or serious breach we suspend the account pending investigation; for severe or unlawful breaches we terminate the account immediately, preserve evidence, and, where required, report to the relevant authorities. We may take any of these steps without prior notice when necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.
Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes are announced by email to every admin account at least 14 days before taking effect.
