Where we are on the compliance and standards front. Written to be honest rather than aspirational — if we say we support something, it’s deployed today.

Data protection

Malaysia PDPA 2010. KSKILL INTEGRA SDN BHD is registered as a data processor under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Our privacy notice is at Privacy Policy.

EU GDPR. For EU-resident data subjects, we operate under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914, Module 2, Controller-to-Processor), attached by reference to our Data Processing Agreement. Restricted transfers include a transfer-impact review on request.

Accessibility

We target WCAG 2.2 AA. See the Accessibility statement for the current state, known gaps, and how to report a barrier.

Standards support

  • SCORM 1.2 and 2004. Uploaded packages run natively; completion, score, and interactions are recorded.
  • xAPI. Statements from external clients can be ingested and viewed against a learner record.
  • cmi5. Course packages are supported.
  • LTI 1.3. Launches from external LMSes are supported for content and assessments (grade passback is on the roadmap).
  • H5P. Interactive content renders natively via the Lumi H5P player.

Language and framework alignment

For language-learning use cases, course levels can be mapped to CEFR (A1–C2). For competency frameworks generally, the Skills module supports named levels per skill and per role, with role definitions that can be aligned to national occupational standards where the tenant defines them.

Industry alignment

We build with vocational and technical education (VET / TVET) in mind. Cohorts, branches, and per-branch payment splits fit multi-campus training providers; SIRIM-halal and industry-body credential workflows can be modelled with the platform’s certificate and skill-award pipelines, though we do not certify content ourselves.

Retention and export

Personal data retention is described in the Privacy Policy. Every tenant admin can export learners, courses, enrolments, assessment attempts, transcripts, and the audit log in machine-readable formats.

What we do not currently claim

We do not currently hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation; SOC 2 preparation is in progress. We are not FedRAMP-authorised and do not operate a U.S. federal instance. Any compliance representation beyond what appears on this page must be made in a signed order form.
