Recent and shareable talent pool searches

A role-based search you run often does not need to be rebuilt every time. The Talent Pool keeps a local list of your recent searches, and every search result carries a shareable link so a colleague can open the exact same view.

Recent searches

Every search you run — the role plus any branch or group filter — is remembered locally in your browser, so the searches you run most often are one click away the next time you open the Talent Pool.

Sharing a search

1. Run the search you want to share.
2. Copy the page's URL — the role and filters are encoded in it.
3. Send it to a colleague with Talent Pool access; opening it reproduces the same results.

Notes

Because recent searches are stored locally in your browser, they do not carry over to a different device or browser profile — use the shareable link when you need a search to reach someone else or persist beyond your own machine.
