How certificates are issued on completion
You don't request a certificate — it appears automatically the moment you finish a course that has one configured. Here's what actually triggers it.
What counts as "complete"
A course is complete once you've satisfied whatever the course requires: finishing every unit under the course's progression mode, passing a required assessment, and clearing any mandatory survey the course is gated on. The exact requirements vary by course — check the course's completion criteria if you're not sure what's left.
Your progress bar hitting 100% is usually the visible signal that a certificate is about to be issued.Where to find it
Once issued, the certificate appears on your course completion screen and in your learner profile's certificates or transcript area. It's a generated document reflecting the course's certificate design — your name, the course title, and the completion date.
The certificate reflects whatever branding and fields the course's admin configured for it.Notes
