The leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks learners in your tenant by total points earned, giving a quick, competitive view of who's most active.
Where to find it
The leaderboard is a learner-facing surface, reachable from the gamification area of the app once your tenant has the feature switched on. It shows a ranked list of top point earners, typically with your own position highlighted even if you're not near the top.
Rankings update as points accrue — there's no separate refresh or submission step.What affects your rank
Your position is driven entirely by the points you've earned through course activity — completing units, passing assessments, finishing courses. There's no separate leaderboard-specific action; it's a read-only reflection of the points system.
Your achievements and your leaderboard rank both draw from the same underlying points total.Notes
If gamification is switched off tenant-wide, the leaderboard disappears entirely for learners — it isn't hidden behind a setting learners can toggle themselves.
