Rewards: what learners can redeem points for
Points aren't just for bragging rights on the leaderboard — if your tenant has set up a rewards catalog, learners can redeem accumulated points for something tangible.
How redemption works
Open the rewards area of the app to see what's currently available and how many points each item costs. Redeeming an item deducts the points from your balance; what happens after that (a downloadable perk, a code, or something your admin fulfills manually) depends on how the specific reward is set up by your tenant.

The rewards catalog itself is defined by your tenant's admin — what's offered, how many points each item costs, and any limits on redemption are all set at the tenant level, not chosen by learners.
Your current point balance is visible from both the leaderboard and the rewards screen.Notes
Rewards are part of the same gamification feature as points and badges — if it's switched off tenant-wide, the rewards catalog and redemption are unavailable, not just hidden.
